To achieve this, we have tried and proven research products that can support developers in adhering to the New Homes Quality Code.

We do this through the data that our CATI Research Team collect regarding the customer’s journey of buying their new home. This data shows the developer areas for improvement, what they are doing well and what they need to do in the future to comply with the New Homes Quality Code.

ABOUT THE NEW HOMES QUALITY BOARD (NHQB)

The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) is an independent not-for-profit body that has developed a new framework to oversee reforms in the build quality of new homes and the customer service provided by developers. They have developed the New Homes Quality Code which registered developers must adhere to.
