Please note that some parts of the EU Distance Selling Directive do not apply to personalised items, particularly those relating to returns.
As this product is engraved and this is clearly shown on our website we will not accept returns just because you decide you don’t like them or want them any longer. Goods may only be returned if they have been damaged on route or the wrong item has been sent in error. These goods will be replaced.
Engraving errors on our part will only be accepted if we have received clear written instructions on what to engrave. PLEASE NOTE – Verbal instructions are not guaranteed!
