Customer Satisfaction Awards

Each year, In-house Research Ltd produces two awards for clients. The criteria for the awards is based on feedback received from customers in our independent customer satisfaction survey. Details on the two awards can be found below.

Gold Award

The Gold Award is accredited to any company or regional area of a company that achieves a 90% or above customer recommendation score. The 2024 award is based on customers who purchased from our clients in 2023.

Only companies that submit and survey a representative sample of customers are eligible for this award.

Outstanding Achievement

The Outstanding Achievement Award is accredited to any organisation that achieves a Net Promoter Score of 70.0 or above. The 2024 Award is based on customers who purchased from our clients in 2023.

Only companies that submit and survey a representative sample of customers are eligible for this award.
