In-house Research is pleased to announce a new partnership with Community Housing, one of Worcestershire's largest Registered Providers of social housing, to deliver the 2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey.
Following a series of productive planning sessions, both teams have collaboratively established a clear framework for delivery - including defined roles, key performance indicators (KPIs), a detailed timetable, and a robust mixed-methodology approach. Drawing on insights from previous survey rounds, the team has refined the process to enhance both the reach and quality of feedback.
Jo Simcox, Head of Customer Experience at Community Housing, said:
”We’re really looking forward to working with In-house Research to deliver the 2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Measures. Their confidence and expertise , combined with our commitment to listening and acting on our customer feedback, will help us gain meaningful insights that drive real improvements for our communities."
This is far more than a compliance exercise for Community Housing. It’s a genuine opportunity to engage with their tenants, hear their views, and use this feedback to drive improvements. The passion and commitment of the Community Housing team to listen and act on tenant experiences has been evident throughout our collaboration.
To ensure all tenants are represented, the survey will employ a 70/30 split of telephone interviews (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing – CATI) and online surveys (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing – CAWI). In addition to the standard perception measures, we’ve developed supplementary questions — including optional equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) metrics — to provide a richer understanding of tenant views across different demographics.
All research activities will adhere to the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct and draw guidance from reputable sources such as the Office for National Statistics, the Equality Act 2010, and the LGBT+ Foundation. Our aim is to ensure that every tenant feels represented, respected, and heard.
We’re looking forward to engaging with Community Housing’s residents in the coming months and supporting the organisation’s commitment to delivering better outcomes for its communities.
