In-house Research is delighted to be associated with the WhatHouse? Awards, known as the "Oscars of the housebuilding industry," and to be sponsoring a dedicated Best Customer Experience category which has been introduced for 2026 to recognize housebuilders that deliver exceptional service from the first enquiry through to aftercare.

The purpose of this award is to honour companies that place customers at the heart of their business, demonstrating a culture of service excellence, rather than just selling units. Judges will look for a detailed customer journey strategy, including staff training, innovative initiatives to boost satisfaction, and the use of customer feedback to drive improvements.
Sponsorship of this category is particularly appropriate to us, as In-house Research has measured customer experience on behalf of over 70% of the UK’s largest housebuilders, collecting and delivering near real-time feedback, making a real difference through turning insights into better outcomes. As such, we will not be part of the judging panel, nor have any influence on their decision, but we very much look forward to taking to the stage to hand the award to the worthy winner.
